                       Kresling 折纸隔振器的理论模型与试验研究

              摘要: 为克服线性隔振器在低频隔振中承载能力与隔振频率难以兼顾的问题,可通过引入非线性刚度结构,设计出具有准零刚
              度特性的隔振器,从而实现良好的低频隔振性能。受 Kresling 折纸模型(Kresling origami model,KOM)的启发,设计了一种
              KOM 隔振器,该隔振器由两个镜像对称的 KOM 组成。通过能量法求解了 KOM 隔振器的非线性恢复力,获得了力⁃位移关系,
              揭示了准零刚度原理。研究了各结构参数对非线性恢复力的影响,阐明了非线性刚度的调节机制。通过拉格朗日方程,构建
              了 KOM 隔振器的动力学模型,采用谐波平衡法求解了系统的频响函数。采取化学雕蚀的方式完成单个 KOM 的制备,并通过
              折叠的方式将两个 KOM 用胶水进行粘连,完成 KOM 隔振器的制作。通过试验研究了不同负载与不同激励幅值下 KOM 隔振
              器的隔振性能。结果表明,KOM 隔振器的峰值频率低于 3 Hz,且有较宽的隔振频带(>4 Hz)。

                  Theoretical model and experimental research on Kresling origami isolator

              Abstract: To address the trade-off between load-bearing capacity and vibration isolation frequency in linear vibration isolators for
              low-frequency applications, a quasi-zero stiffness vibration isolator can be designed by incorporating nonlinear stiffness structures,
              thereby  achieving  effective  low-frequency  vibration  isolation  performance.  Inspired  by  the  Kresling  origami  model (KOM),  an
              integrated KOM vibration isolator was designed, which was composed of two symmetric KOM structures. The nonlinear restoring
              force  of  the  KOM  vibration  isolator  was  solved  by  the  energy  method,  and  the  force-displacement  relationship  was  obtained,
              revealing the quasi-zero stiffness mechanism. The influence of various structural parameters on the nonlinear restoring force was
              studied, and the regulation mechanism of nonlinear stiffness was clarified. Through the Lagrange equation, the dynamics model of
              the KOM vibration isolator was constructed, and the displacement transmission rate was solved by the harmonic balance method.
              According to the development diagram of KOM, the KOM was constructed by chemical etching. The KOM isolator was made by
              folding and gluing the two KOMs. The vibration isolation performance of the KOM isolator under different loads and excitation
              amplitudes was studied experimentally. The results show that the peak frequency of the KOM isolator is lower than 3 Hz, and it
              has a wide isolation frequency band (>4 Hz).
