银灰半棱鳀仔稚鱼的脊柱和附肢骨骼发育

摘要: 【目的】硬骨鱼类的骨骼系统复杂而特化,骨骼在个体早期发育过程中变化迅速。
银灰半棱鳀是鳀科中具有重要经济价值和生态意义的物种,但人们对其骨骼发育特征知之
甚少,本研究描述了银灰半棱鳀仔稚鱼的附肢骨骼、中轴骨骼和支鳍骨的发育特征。 【方法】
体长为 3.00~35.56 mm 的银灰半棱鳀仔稚鱼样本经过软骨硬骨双染色透明技术,通过体视
显微镜和 HTC1600ISP 相机进行观察和拍摄。 【结果】胸鳍、尾鳍、背鳍、臀鳍和腹鳍呈
现出明显的发育阶段特征,并观察到相应的鳍条形成。背鳍近端支鳍骨向后方形成,臀鳍
支鳍骨从中间向两端形成。胸鳍最初是在 3.78 mm 脊索长个体,由硬骨的匙骨开始形成的,
腹鳍则在 18.08 mm 标准体长个体,由一对软骨基鳍骨发育而来。脊柱则经历连续的骨化
过程。 【结论】本研究结果为鳀科鱼类的骨学特征提供了新认知,并深化了对海洋硬骨鱼
类幼体个体发生过程的理解。
