1.2 实验鱼和养殖管理 共养殖 10 周。养殖期间，每 2 天更换 1/3 的水，

选用由华中农业大学选育的团头鲂“华海 以保持良好水质，每周检测 1 次水质指标，水
1 号”作为实验用鱼。480 尾体质健壮、规格一 温保持在 26~28 °C，溶解氧≥6 mg/L，氨氮≤
致的团头鲂幼鱼 [ 初始体重 (12.29±0.06) g] 被随 0.05 mg/L， pH 7.0~7.5， 采 用 自 然 光 照 周 期
机分为 6 组，每组 4 个重复，在中国水产科学 (12L∶12D)。
研究院淡水渔业研究中心南泉基地室内控温循 本研究所有实验方案、方法和饲养程序均
环系统中进行养殖实验。在室内玻璃缸 (水体容 经中国水产科学院淡水渔业研究中心机构动物
量 500 L) 中暂养 1 周后进行正式饲养实验，每 护理与使用委员会批准。所有动物处理和实验
天表观饱食投喂 3 次 (07:00、12:00 和 17:00)， 程序均按照批准的伦理准则进行。
