隔涡板对分体箱梁竖向涡振性能的影响
及其作用机理研究

摘要: 为进一步研究隔涡板对分体箱梁涡振的作用机理,本文以分离式箱梁断面作为研究对象,进行了缩尺比为 1∶30 与 1∶70
的大、小比例节段模型风洞试验研究。利用测振试验研究了不同开孔率、开孔尺寸隔涡板对分体箱梁涡振的影响及其雷诺数
效应;测压试验被用于分析不同开孔率及开孔尺寸隔涡板对分体箱梁涡振的作用机理。研究结果表明:在相同开孔率下,开孔
孔径为 20 mm 的隔涡板相较于开孔孔径 10 mm 的隔涡板更有效地提升断面涡振性能;随着开孔率的增大,隔涡板的抑振效果
降低; 在振动时, 下游断面表面压力分布呈现出更明显的非高斯特性。此外,隔涡板在抑制分体箱梁竖向涡振中的具体作用
为:隔涡板孔数的减少导致中央开槽处相互作用的点位减少,进而降低下游断面表面压力脉动,从而抑制竖向涡振。

Effect and mechanism of vortex isolation plate on heaving vortex-induced
vibration of twin-box girder

Abstract: To further study the mechanism of the vortex isolation plate on the vortex-induced vibration (VIV) of the twin box gird⁃
er, the paper took the twin box girder bridge with a main span of 720 m as the research object. The wind tunnel tests with 1∶30 and
1∶70 scale ratios were carried out. The effects of different opening ratios, opening size, and Reynolds number on the VIV were
studied by vibration tests. The pressure test was used to analyze the mechanism of the vortex isolation plate with different opening
ratios and opening sizes on the VIV. The results show that under the same opening ratio, the vortex isolation plate with an opening
diameter of 20 mm is more effective than the vortex isolation plate with an opening diameter of 10 mm to improve the VIV perfor⁃
mance. With the increase in the opening ratio, the vibration suppression effect of the vortex isolation plate decreases. The vibration
suppression effect of the vortex isolation plate at a high Reynolds number is weaker than that at a low Reynolds number. Under vi⁃
bration, the surface pressure characteristic of the downstream section has obvious non-Gaussian characteristics compared with that
of the upstream section. In addition, the role of the vortex isolation plate in inhibiting the heave of the twin box girder is as follows:
the reduction of the number of points leads to the reduction of the interaction points at the central slot, and then the surface pressure
fluctuation of the downstream section is smaller, thus inhibiting the heave.
