用 ImmedgeTM 疏水笔在载玻片上围绕组织画 上，40 ℃ 孵育 2 h，清洗缓冲液洗涤 2 次。依
出疏水圈。滴加蛋白酶Ⅲ试剂在载玻片疏水圈 次滴加 AMP1 和 AMP2 试剂，40 ℃ 处理 30 min。
内，HybEZ TM 杂交炉 40 ℃ 孵育 30 min。探针 滴加 AMP3，40 ℃ 孵育 15 min。信号标记，按
杂交，将准备好的阳性对照、阴性对照和目的 照探针对应的通道，依次滴加 HRP-C1、HRP-
基因 (gr1、gr2) 探针溶液分别滴在载玻片组织 C2 和 HRP-C3 试剂，40 ℃ 孵育 15 min。将探
